5.0/10

I enjoyed the hotel's convenient location near Termini station, making it easy to explore Rome. However, the rooms were not soundproof, and the heating was a bit too intense during my stay. The breakfast was decent but could use more variety. Overall, I had a mixed experience with the accommodations, overshadowed by both positives and drawbacks.

Rooms
6.0
The room was comfortable, but I found it small and quite warm, even after requesting assistance with the thermostat multiple times. The bathroom felt cramped as well.
Service
6.0
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but the attention to detail was lacking, especially with housekeeping not changing sheets during my stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel is excellently located just next to Termini station, providing great access for traveling around the city.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast offered a good variety but could benefit from fresher items like vegetables and better quality bacon. Overall, it was satisfactory but not excellent.
Facilities
5.0
The spa facilities were underwhelming, as the steam bath was not functioning properly, and I was disappointed by the lack of towels provided.

My stay at Golden Tulip Rome Piram was mostly pleasant, thanks to its fantastic location near the train station and many dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the experience. However, my room definitely could have used some TLC; there were dust issues and the bathroom had a persistent noise from the toilet. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there are areas that could use improvement.

Rooms

My room was clean and well-appointed, but it had some dust and a noisy toilet that disrupted my sleep.

The buffet breakfast offered a huge selection that I really enjoyed, along with plenty of dining options nearby.

While I appreciated the mobile phone for connectivity, the spa did not meet expectations as it lacked some key features.

I had a mixed experience at Golden Tulip Rome Piram. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Termini station (super convenient for getting around). However, the service and overall room condition left much to be desired, with issues such as inconsistent hot water and noise disruptions during the night.

Rooms
5.0
The room was clean and spacious, but unfortunately, I faced issues like a lack of hot water in the shower and noise insulation problems. I could hear cleaning staff from early morning, which disrupted my sleep.
Service
5.0
The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but the service felt disorganized. For example, during breakfast, I had to ask several times for coffee, and by the time it arrived, my food was cold.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, just steps away from Termini station, making it easy to explore the city and access transport options.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast offered a decent variety, but the quality was lacking, especially the hot items. The atmosphere in the dining area was cramped, as it was in the basement.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had some useful facilities, but there were issues like unreliable heating and insufficient amenities in the room (I had to ask for basic items like slippers repeatedly and still ended up without them).

My recent stay at Golden Tulip Rome Piram offered a mix of experiences. While I appreciated the hotel's central location near Termini and the friendly staff, I encountered several issues that dampened my stay, including some disorganization at checkout and noise from neighboring rooms. The breakfast variety was decent, but the quality could be improved. Overall, the stay was acceptable but not without its drawbacks. 😊

Rooms
6.0
The room was adequate, clean, and had a comfortable bed, but the thin walls made it hard to sleep.
Service
5.0
While some staff were friendly and helpful, I had a distressing experience during checkout, where I felt mocked and dismissed.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated just a 2-minute walk from Termini station, making travel very convenient.
Dining

Breakfast had a good variety but lacked quality, and the dining atmosphere was impacted by views of a back alley.
Facilities

I enjoyed the private spa, but the amenities like the requested kettle took time to arrive.

5.2/10

I had a decent stay overall at Golden Tulip Rome Piram. The location was super convenient for sightseeing, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic, and my room could've used a room safe that's actually secured. Still, I enjoyed my time there and would consider coming back.

Rooms
6.0
While the room was clean and comfortable, it was on the small side and lacked secure room safes, which was a bit concerning. The bathroom was also quite tiny, making it a challenge at times.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, but the check-in process was a real hassle during peak times. It felt a bit disorganized when a large group arrived.
Location
8.0
I loved the hotel's location. It was just a short walk to the Colosseum and Termini station, which made getting around really easy.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a highlight with a nice variety. I enjoyed the selection, but seating arrangements could've been better managed for larger groups.
Facilities
7.0
The rooftop bar had nice views, but I found the prices a bit steep. It would be great to have it more accessible during the day.
